** Healthcare products provider's shares  BIMI.O  more than
double to $4.24
    ** Co says Q2 total rev rose 1,026% to $3.79 mln due to
newly-acquired Guanzan Group's wholesale sales of medical

    ** Net income for Q2 was $4.64 mln compared to a net loss of
$862,096 from a year earlier
    ** BIMI said its acquisition of Guanzan Group this year
allowed it to better function amid the COVID-19 pandemic
