    ** Company reports Q4 net loss attributable to common
stockholders of $3 mln, or 18 cents/shr, vs profit of $1.9 mln,

    ** Stock last down 4.8%, on track for second straight
session of losses
    ** Q4 net revenue $14 mln vs $18.5 mln
    ** BIOC says decrease in revenue primarily attributable to

    ** Stock down ~44% this year
