Biocept jumps as test detects tumor cells in lung cancer patients

** Shares of oncology diagnostics co  BIOC.O  jumps 11.6% to
~$4 premarket 
    ** Co says new data shows its cerebrospinal fluid test,
CNSide, detected tumor cells and identified actionable mutations
in lung cancer patients in whom the disease spreads to the
membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord
    ** More than 198,000 patients are diagnosed with non-small
cell lung cancer each year; an estimated 3%-9% of those patients
develop the rare complication, according to the company
    ** BIOC says the test will allow for targeted treatment
decisions that may improve outcomes and extend life expectancy
in cancer patients     
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had fallen 20.3% YTD
