** NYSE-parent Intercontinental Exchange  ICE.N  to acquire
Black Knight  BKI.N  in a cash-and-stock deal that values the
software and data analytics firm at $13.1 bln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL3N2WW2U0
    ** BKI up ~18% at $74.88, while ICE falls 7% to $106.6
    ** Deal values Black Knight at $85 per share, an about 34%
premium to BKI's closing price on Tuesday
    ** Enterprise value of the deal is about $16 bln
    ** Up to last close, ICE down 16% while BKI had fallen 23%
