business on 26 October 2020 were:

452.96p Capital only (undiluted)
462.83p Including current year income (undiluted)

Notes:

1.        Revenue items included in net asset value, with dividends
payable
deducted on the ex-dividend date.

2.        Following the buyback of 54,206 ordinary shares on 24th
September
2020, the Company has 173,550,814 ordinary shares in issue, excluding
19,461,028 which are held in treasury.
