BLACKFINCH SPRING VCT plc (the "Company")

 

ISSUE OF EQUITY - ADMISSION DATE

Further to the Issue of Equity announcement made by the Company on 30 November
2023, which reported the allotment of 1,341,666 ordinary shares (the "Issued
Shares") and which stated that dealings were expected to commence on or around
8 December 2023, the Company confirms that application has been made for the
Issued Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed
securities and that dealings in the Issued Shares are expected to commence on
or around 4(th) January 2024.
