Purchase of Own Shares

 

The Company announces that on 17 September 2025 it purchased 251,146 Ordinary
Shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 91.58p per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued share capital
will be 66,373,637 Ordinary Shares.

 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 66,373,637.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
