business on 24 March 2023 were:

598.26p Including current year income XD

Notes:

1.        Investments have been valued on a bid price basis.

2.       Following the share buyback of 14,000 Ordinary shares on 24th March
2023, the Company has 101,014,864 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding 2,195,000
shares held in Treasury.
