business on 27 May 2025 were:

636.42p Capital only
644.54p Including current year income

Notes:

1.        Investments have been valued on a bid price basis.

2.       Following the share buyback of 22,500 Ordinary shares on 27th
May 2025, the Company has 77,599,364 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding
25,610,500 shares held in Treasury.

3.        Revenue items included in net asset value, with dividends
