** Shares of Canada-based renewable energy company Boralex
Inc  BLX.TO  up 3.3% at C$41.19
    ** BLX acquires EDF Renewables North America's interest in
five operating wind farms in Texas and New Mexico for $250 mln

installed capacity worldwide will increase to 2,956 MW
    ** Deal is immediately accretive to discretionary cash flow
