Directors' Dealing
The Company announces that on 6 December 2021, Matt Jones, Chief Executive
Officer, received 407,455 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") following the vesting of a conditional share award under the
Company's performance share plan. Matt now holds 566,687 Ordinary Shares in
the Company, representing 0.75% of the issued share capital.
On 7 December 2021, Adam Moloney, Chief Financial Officer, exercised nil cost
options over 302,632 Ordinary Shares following the vesting of an award under
the Company's performance share plan. Adam now holds 330,632 Ordinary Shares
in the Company, representing 0.44% of the issued share capital.
