Directors' Dealing

 

The Company announces that, following the vesting of a conditional share award
under the Company's performance share plan (as notified to the market on 8
December 2021) Matt Jones, Chief Executive Officer, today sold 203,725
Ordinary Shares to cover his tax liability in relation to the award.  The
Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 243.5 pence per share.  Matt now
holds 362,962 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.48% of the issued
share capital.

 

The Company also  announces that, following vesting of an award under the
Company's performance share plan and a subsequent exercise of nil cost options
(as notified to the market on 8 December 2021) Adam Moloney, Chief Financial
Executive Officer, today sold 151,316 Ordinary Shares to cover his tax
liability in relation to the award.  The Ordinary Shares were sold at a price
of 243.5 pence per share.  Adam now holds 179,316 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, representing 0.24% of the issued share capital.

 

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the
Market Abuse Regulation (Regulation (EU) No.596/2014) as it forms part of UK
Domestic Law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, provide
