** Shares of Bluechiip  BCT.AX  fall as much as 15.4% to
A$0.011, biggest intraday pct loss since Jan 16 
    ** The management solutions developer says it has undertaken
equity raising of up to A$4.8 mln ($3.12 mln)
    ** Placement at an issue price of A$0.007 per new share,
representing a discount of 46.2% to its last close on Jan 31
    ** Stock at its lowest since Jan 29
    ** About 6.4 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 5.3 mln shares
    ** Bluechiip stock fell 48.4% last year
