* Said on Tuesday Piwonski Investments Limited (PIL) sold
under tender offer 1,538,114 shares of Presco Group, which means
7.78 pct stake
* After the transaction PIL owns 6,464,134 shares of Presco,
representing 32.68 pct stake
* Before transaction PIL owned 8,002,248 shares of Presco,
which is 40.46 pct stake
* The transaction took part in connection with self-tender
