    * PRESCO Group announces self-tender offer for 6,527,363 
shares representing 32,999996 pct stake at 6.5 zloty  ($1.68) 
per share, say company's representatives in a statement on 
Wednesday  
    * In July the company's shareholders authorised management 
board to launch share repurchase for total of up to 74.0 million
