Brief: PRESCO raises price to 7.35 zlotys/shr in self-tender offer

Oct 14 (Reuters) - PRESCO Group SA  PREA.WA  
    * PRESCO Group decided to raise the price in its self-tender 
to 7.35 zlotys ($1.92) per share from 6.5 zlotys ($1.70)per 
share, said company's representatives in a statement on Thursday 
    * The increased tender offer price will be paid for all the 
shares subscribed for in response to the tender offer, including 
the shares which had been subscribed before the publication of 
this information 
    * On Sept. 14 the company announced self-tender offer for
