Feb 13 (Reuters) - Yolo SA  YOL.WA : 
    * Resolves to pay dividend of 2.75 zloty ($0.6772) per share 
from FY 2015 net profit and gains until that period, including 
the dissolved reserved for purchasing Yolo's own shares, in 
total 36.4 mln zlotys 
    * Decides to dissolve a 3.5 million zloty capital reserve 
created for the share buyback
