NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

 

 

RE: Changes to the valuation point disclosure for various sub-funds of Invesco
Markets II plc (the "Company")

Dear Shareholder,

This notice is to inform you of proposed clarificatory changes to the
valuation point disclosures in the Supplements of various sub-funds of the
Company listed in Appendix I (each a "Fund").

In relation to those Funds listed in Table A, the valuation point is:

"10.30pm (Irish time) on the relevant Dealing Day by reference to which the
Net Asset Value per Share of the Fund is determined. At all times the
Valuation Point will be after the Dealing Deadline. The value of any
investments which are listed or dealt on a Market shall be the closing price
on the relevant Market at the Valuation Point."

In relation to those Funds listed in Table B, the valuation is:

"10.30pm (Irish time) on the relevant Dealing Day by reference to which the
Net Asset Value per Share of the Fund is determined. At all times the
Valuation Point will be after the Dealing Deadline. The value of any
investments which are listed or dealt on a Market shall be the closing mid
price on the relevant Market at the Valuation Point."

The above changes will not result in any impact on the Funds or change to the
management of the Funds.

Next steps

The Supplements of the Funds will be amended to reflect the above mentioned
changes on or around 17 April 2025.
