Borders & Southern (AIM: BOR), a London based independent oil and gas exploration company, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, has been posted to shareholders today.  Both documents will shortly be available on the Company's website.
 
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 June 2019 at 10 a.m. at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED.
