Further to the earlier notification regarding transactions having taken place in relation to the Britvic Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") and allocated to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"), Britvic plc (the "Company") was further notified that Hessel De Jong (PDMR) was awarded 965 notional shares under the Britvic International Share Incentive Plan (EMEA), which is an unapproved share incentive plan for selected international employees based outside of Great Britain.
The attached notification, made in accordance with Article 19(3) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further information.
