   2024 ANNUAL REPORT

    

   Following the  release on  20  November 2024  of the  Group’s  Preliminary
   Results Announcement  for  the  year  ended  30  September  2024,  and  in
   compliance with Listing Rule  9.6.1, the Company  has today submitted  the
   Annual Report and Accounts 2024  to the Financial Conduct Authority.  This
   will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism
   which                   is                   located                    at
   https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

    

   The Annual Report and  Accounts 2024 is available  to view or download  in
   pdf format from the Company's website at  1 www.britvic.com/annualreport.

     

   In line with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5 R(1A), notice
   is hereby provided that the regulated information required to be issued in
