TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

 

 

Britvic plc ("Britvic") announces that it has purchased the following number
of its ordinary shares of 20 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and
Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International
Plc as part of its existing share buyback programme announced on 30 May 2023.

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:                              2,468
 Highest price paid per share (pence):                             841.50
 Lowest price paid per share (pence):                              833.50
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence):             837.83

 

 

Britvic intends to cancel the purchased shares.
