Result of General Meeting
 
Following the General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolutions in connection with the change of the Company's name and confirmation of the adoption of the amended investment objective and investment policy, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 12 April 2021, were approved by shareholders.
 
A further announcement will be made once the change of the Company's name has become effective following its registration at Companies House.

On the record date for voting at the meeting, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 18,223,413 ordinary shares of 25 pence, carrying one vote each, of which 6,258,715 were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 11,964,698.
 
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of the resolutions passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
