First Interim Dividend

 

In line with the board's long-standing policy to even dividend payments over
the year the board is now able to declare a first interim dividend of 6.25p
per share and anticipates a similar level for the second and third interim
dividends and the final dividend. This interim dividend is payable on 24 July
2025 to holders on the register at the close of business on 13 June 2025. The
relevant ex-dividend date is 12 June 2025.

 

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is available for this dividend and the
relevant Election Date is 27 June 2025.
