Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM quoted, integrated primary
vanadium producer announces the results of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
held earlier today, which are set out below.

As resolution 8 did not pass, resolution 9 (approval of the disapplication of
pre-emption rights) was not voted on. The board notes that resolutions 7, 8
and 9 did not pass and the number of votes cast against resolutions 5 and 6.

 

The Board will consult and engage with shareholders to better understand the
