Holding in Company

Bushveld Minerals (AIM:BMN), the integrated primary vanadium producer, was
notified on 25 June 2024 that Acacia Resources Limited ("Acacia Resources")
had sold 26,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"). Following the sale, Acacia Resources has a beneficial interest in
129,603,265 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.61% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
