Posting of Accounts & Notice of General Meeting

 

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM quoted, integrated primary
vanadium producer and energy storage solutions provider, confirms that
physical copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them, on 5
July 2023. A further announcement will be made by the Company once hard copies
of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM have been dispatched to shareholders.
