Posting of Accounts and Notice of General Meeting

 

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the integrated primary vanadium
producer, confirms that today, it posted its Report and Accounts for the
twelve months ended 31 December 2023 (the "Annual Report") and Notice of the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 12 noon on 7 August 2024 at Oak House, Hirzel Street,
St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3RH.
