("Bushveld Minerals" "Bushveld" or the "Company")

Board Changes

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the integrated primary vanadium
producer, announces that Michael Kirkwood and Craig Coltman, the Company's
Independent Non-Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively,
have resigned from the board of Bushveld (the "Board") with immediate effect.
Craig will continue as an employee of Bushveld Minerals SA Limited for his
three month notice period and will work directly with Piers Marsden of Matuson
Associates as the appointed business rescue practitioner as required.

The Board will now consist of two independent non-executive directors being Mr
Kevin Alcock and Mr Mirco Bardella.

Kevin Alcock and Mirco Bardella, as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the
Company, commented: "We would like to thank Michael and Craig for their hard
work and wish them well for the future."
