announces that Anne Farlow, a non-executive director of the Company, is a
trustee of Pershing Square USA, Ltd. ("Pershing Square USA"). Pershing Square
USA, a closed-end management investment company structured as a Delaware
statutory trust, was admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange on 30
April 2026.
