Total voting rights and capital

 

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), Caledonia Investments plc
("Caledonia") notifies the market that, as at 31 March 2024, Caledonia's
issued share capital included 54,611,759 ordinary shares of 5p each with
voting rights. No ordinary shares were held in treasury.

 

The above figure of 54,611,759 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interests in, or changes to their interests in,
Caledonia under the DTRs.
