Transaction in own shares

 

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 22 March 2024 it
purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 10,444 of its own ordinary
shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3239.44 pence per
share.  The purchased shares will be cancelled.

 

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital
includes 54,653,218 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
