Transaction in own shares

 

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 8 January 2025 it
purchased 8,350 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares")
through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3541.32 pence per
share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.

 

   Number of ordinary shares purchased:   8,350
   Lowest price per share paid (pence):   3500
   Highest price per share paid (pence):  3550
   Weighted average price paid (pence):   3541.32

 

Following the above transaction, Caledonia's issued share capital includes
53,603,507 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
