Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 22 April 2025 it
purchased 25,780 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3605.60
pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.

 

   Number of ordinary shares purchased:   25,780
   Lowest price per share paid (pence):   3600.00
   Highest price per share paid (pence):  3610.00
   Weighted average price paid (pence):   3605.60

 

Following the above transaction, Caledonia's issued share capital includes
52,756,619 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
