Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 23 April 2025 it
purchased 8,284 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares")
through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3661.68 pence per
share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.

 

   Number of ordinary shares purchased:   8,284
   Lowest price per share paid (pence):   3630.00
   Highest price per share paid (pence):  3695.00
   Weighted average price paid (pence):   3661.68

 

Following the above transaction, Caledonia's issued share capital includes
52,748,335 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
