Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 24 April 2025 it
purchased 15,296 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") through J.P. Morgan Securities plc at an average price of 3712.21
pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.

 

   Number of ordinary shares purchased:   15,296
   Lowest price per share paid (pence):   3700.00
   Highest price per share paid (pence):  3725.00
   Weighted average price paid (pence):   3712.21

 

Following the above transaction, Caledonia's issued share capital includes
52,733,039 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
