Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 11 August 2025 it
purchased 3,847 of its own ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP at an average price of 374p pence per share.
The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.

 

   Number of ordinary shares purchased:   3,847
   Lowest price per share paid (pence):   374.00
   Highest price per share paid (pence):  374.00
   Weighted average price paid (pence):   374.00

 

Following the above transaction, Caledonia's issued share capital includes
525,776,669 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
