    ** U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) grants Fast Track
designation for CALA's experimental therapy to treat patients

    ** Fast Track designation is granted by the FDA to
facilitate development and expedite the review of therapies with
the potential to treat a serious condition where there is an
unmet medical need
    ** CALA's experimental therapy is currently undergoing
mid-stage study, data from which is expected by Q1 2023
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock down ~78% YTD
