and operations update 
    * Has entered into an agreement with a major operator in 
Northeast British Columbia to dispose of produced water 
    * Agreement is for a one year term 
    * The major operator is responsible for delivery of water to 
company's disposal facility 
    * Major operator's operations are expected to begin in 
January 2017
