** Canara Robeco Asset Management Co's CANE.NS 13.26-bln- rupee ($149.4 mln) IPO fully subscribed on final day of three-day bidding process

** Asset management co's IPO subscribed 1.10x as of 13:21 IST, exchange data shows

** Portion reserved for non-institutional investors subscribed 1.72x, retail investors' portion subscribed 1.22x and QIB portion subscribed 0.41x

** IPO comprises entirely of offer for sale of up to 25.9 mln shares by Canara Bank CNBK.NS and up to 23.9 mln shares by ORIX Corporation Europe N.V.

** IPO price band at 253-266 rupees per share; CANE targets 53.05 bln rupees valuation at top-end of price band

** Trading debut likely on October 16, according to prospectus
