The Company has been advised that Pablo Andres, Chief Financial Officer has
today purchased 36,178 Ordinary Shares of 31p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") for total consideration of £100,194.82, as detailed below.

Following the purchase, Pablo Andres has a total of 256,178 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.21% of the Company’s issued share capital.
