NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DTR 3.1.4R AND DTR 3.1.2R

On 27 February 2015, the following transaction took place in relation to
Ordinary shares of 2 1/15p each in the Company in respect of the following
Directors of the Company:

Andy Parker, Nick Greatorex, Maggi Bell, Vic Gysin and Dawn Marriott-Sims

Grant of Options - Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 ("LTIP")

The Directors referred to above were granted nil priced unapproved options
under the LTIP, in the amounts set out below:

Andy Parker:         139,712 Ordinary Shares
Nick Greatorex:       73,666 Ordinary Shares
Maggi Bell:           73,666 Ordinary Shares
Vic Gysin:            73,666 Ordinary Shares
Dawn Marriott-Sims:   73,666 Ordinary Shares
