A purchase was made on 7 January 2016 of 33,623 Ordinary shares in the Company
by the Trustee of the Trust at a price of £11.56 per share for the purpose of
satisfying the purchase of Ordinary shares by eligible employees who have
elected to join the Capita Share Ownership Plan, including executive directors
and persons discharging managerial responsibilities who are therefore potential
beneficiaries under the Trust.

10.  In addition to the above, Paul Bowtell, Non-Executive Director acquired 
8,15 and 8 ordinary shares on 7/10/2014, 28/05/2015 and 30/11/2015  
respectively, at prices of £11.52, £12.74 and £12.71 respectively as part of
Capita's Dividend Reinvestment Plan. Due to an administrative error this had
not been announced earlier.
