    John Cresswell revised appointment date as an Independent Non-Executive    
                            Director of Capita plc                             

Further to our announcement on 8 October 2015 we are pleased to announce that
John Cresswell is now able to join the Capita Board on 17 November 2015,
slightly earlier than the previously announced date of 1 December 2015.

John will be appointed to the Nomination, Remuneration and Audit and Risk
Committees on 17 November 2015 and will take over as Chair of Remuneration
Committee from 1 December 2015.
