"Trustee") - Dividend Reinvestment Plan

A purchase was made on 28 May 2015 of 15,899 Ordinary shares in the Company by
the Trustee of the Trust at a price of £12.67 per share for the purpose of
satisfying the purchase of Ordinary shares by eligible employees who have
elected to reinvest the dividend received on their shares held in the Trust,
