Aug 24 (Reuters) - Caq Holdings Ltd  CAQ.AX  
    * Has entered into a subscription agreement with an 
unrelated sophisticated investor to raise US$10 million 
    * Funds raised will be used to settle outstanding loans, for 
improvements to Haikou project A 
    * Co will issue fully paid ordinary shares to subscriber at 
AUD $0.20 per share
