    French rapid test maker said on Friday it proposed to merge
with Theradiag.

    French food company said on Friday its annual net income

    Troubled artificial heart maker is appealing to key
shareholders led by Airbus AIR.PA to invest new funds to avoid
the collapse of the 30-year-old venture dating back to a chance
meeting between a French surgeon and a missile magnate.

    The indebted supermarket retailer said on Friday it has
extended a deadline with its creditors to October 3.

    A financial transaction under investigation in France
involving LVMH owner Bernard Arnault was carried out in full
respect of the law, his lawyer said on Saturday after the Paris
public prosecutor's office confirmed on Friday that it was
investigating financial transactions involving Arnault and
Russian businessman Nikolai Sarkisov.
