   the plaintiff 
 * Company considers that there is no basis for the action 
 * Says each of the company and grand dragon denies the allegations raised in 
   the action 
 * Company is seeking legal advice 
 * Plaintiff claims relief including forfeiture of deposit in he amount of RMB10 
   million paid by or on behalf of 1st and 2nd defendants
