June 6 (Reuters) - China Investment Fund Co Ltd  0612.HK : 
 * 1) claim against the company and its officers; and (2) allegation against a non-executive director  0612.HK  
 * China investment fund co -co and other defendants (but not sui guangyi)filed a summon in high court for an order to strike out the high court action 
 * A writ of summons with an indorsement of claim dated 2 June 2016 was issued in the high court of Hong Kong 
 * China investment fund co - was informed by a shareholder that yao yuan is classified on the list of wanted economic fugitives on mainland China 
 * China investment fund co -co filed a summons in high court for an order to strike out second high court action for disclosing no reasonable cause of action 
 * Issuance of writ of summons by fan weiyong as plaintiff against co, luk hong man, Hammond, zhang xi and hong lai ping as defendants 
 * China investment fund co - plaintiff in both actions making identical claims against defendants for negligent misstatements and/or fraud
