Jan 19 (Reuters) - China Investment Fund Co Ltd  0612.HK : 
 * 1) requisition for an extraordinary general meeting and (2) update on 
suspected misappropriation of funds of the company 
 * China investment fund co-received written requisition dated 13 January 2016 
from requisitionists 
 * Resolved to suspend all the duties of li jiangtao with immediate effect 
 * China investment fund co-notes that "the resumes of the four proposed 
directors enclosed with the requisition do not appear to be complete and accurate" 
 * "Incident has had limited significance on the company's operations" 
 * Says "clarification is being sought with the legal advisers of the 
requisitionists on matters" 
 * On 15 January co made a further report to the Hong Kong police with additional information in respect of the incident 
 * Says "except for the incident, there has been no other irregularity with the 
operations of the company"
